We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY — ALL of the following must be met:
• Item must be in its original, unused condition
• Must be in the original packaging (unopened where applicable)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
• Return must be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery date
• Items must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Items returned without prior written authorisation from us
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Sale items and gift cards
• Custom or personalised products
• Items showing signs of use or damage
HOW TO START A RETURN:
Contact us at maxstoremyshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES:
Return the item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at maxstoremyshop@gmail.com.
